Course 3 consists of two lectures:
- Adventure in the different learning environments outside the school
The lecture introduces 13 learning environments outside the school, starting from the school yard. Teachers ought to take account some aspects in planning and we give ideas for that. - Sport games
In the course we categorize sport games. Games are an essential method in active learning. There are many activity ideas related to sport games.
Goals of the course for the teachers are…
- To get ideas for teaching in different learning environments.
- To get courage to utilize learning environments outside the school.
- To learn to plan lessons in different learning environments.
- To get acquainted with sport games.
- To get lots of concrete, versatile, easy-to-implement activity ideas.
The total duration of the course 3 is 50 minutes. Additionally there are individual exercises.
