The module will include the following elements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction to Finnish school day<\/li>\n<li>Physical activity and learning<\/li>\n<li>Decreasing sedentary time<\/li>\n<li>Active breaks<\/li>\n<li>Active math learning<\/li>\n<li>Active English learning<\/li>\n<li>Motor skills promoting learning<\/li>\n<li>Social skills activities<\/li>\n<li>Studen participation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The aim of the course is to increase teachers&#8217; understanding of why physical activity should be increased to pupils&#8217; school days and to provide a wealth of prepared material in the form of videos.
